Post-Infinite

Where you are- do you imagine Idaho?
We're here     staring,
digesting capricious sweeps
on a mundane kitchen floor-.
T'with a head right on a baseball bat,
whiffing of annulation.
We smoke gaspers,
call them hackers,
 we had a mass shootin,
call'd it- keeping with the news.

Imagine you, organic beyond all fixing- having-too-much-fun.
I imagine some quota of slack
packed neatly between and around any fact.
Where you are                     without fail,
stuck with a nail to a glowing (s)hell,              crucified,
 a typified suffering;
mine is a special brew made right here in Idaho,
where I am- pecked by an by-
where you are-a specter of flaws - mirthlessly known.

France Rocks

So this week I will be sharing a review of a cd we got sometime this year in the station titled- France Rocks Vol. 3, featuring various artist, and now without delay a further review

1. The Avener Ft. Kim Churchill- You're My Window- Watch the YouTube Link
---Softer/ Then Louder- Use of Vamping and echo's, an anthem to can do- pop- till- done -this-can-also-be -an -anthem of millennial love.

2. Talisco- The Keys  -Watch the YouTube Link
---- Ambient Pop, Flange guitar, cool drum fills, all screech simplicity of dance rock

3. Roppoorose-Birdbus-  Watch the YouTube Video---
------- 1-2-1-2 ta da da da- simple melody, sweet organ effect, and swank bi-lingual lyrics that are really good.

4. Louane-Avenir-Watch This YouTube Video-----
------- The Pop Rocks go up like Lady Gaga meets the 90's, but put your mouth around it, really tight, and enjoy sweetness -fairy like nectar.

5. Lena Deluxe- Burning City- Watch This YouTube Video--Swank desert guitar twang, electro-power organ. and sweet hooks (the moment you get sucked in) vocalized as to the "Burning man" romanticized.

6.  De Laurentis- Sparrow - Watch the Youtube Link-- I think Major Piano Chords droning-laced-spiraling-down-with-electronic-umbrellas- and- checker-board- vocals-playing-with-my-intimacy. Included -epic drop with a minute forty five to go.

7. Benjamin Clementine- London---Watch the Youtube Link - One Measure in, you might start comparing to "John Legend" and the majesty of voice to proclaim-ate, showcase the art of preservation, this dude obviously rules.

8. Alice On The Roof- Easy Come Easy Go- -(alternative live version YOUTUBE LINK) Search for studio version on your own---Rare track that permeates the brain, to give it a new impression- Easy Come Easy Go might just be an anthem.

9. Fiodor Dream Dog- Scene From The Future -Watch this Youtube Link- to the song-Very Interesting elements ranging dance/psych from the future to warm your current sad heart.

10. Bosco Rogers- The Middle--Watch the YouTube Link- I am not sure what I thought of this song as a composition- but in my notes I did write the following rubbish (while listening to the track)- Herp FUnk Whistle on the track- Tally the street credit for putting a beer on a hip slug of a song to inflate it into a giant bento box of rock affirming leaving naught for want.

11. Akale Wube w/ Manu Dibango- Anbessa--Watch the YouTube Video-- Think quin-force center between Herp Alpert, Cake, Soul Cough, Toy Boat Toy Boat Toy Boat, Miles Davis. "Trump" Love from the French Sultan groove- this filling has no laxitive yet a tight little view of scenes from a jamming alley-

12.-Jain- Makeba-Watch this YouTube Video -Chop Chop with down beats that make dancing- the urge your filling, some long sax note to put the exotic twang thing on it.

13. Husbands- Where Is My Ego? Watch The YouTube Link-- Um this song seemed affected by the american pop- lady Gaga- while thoughtful enough and featuring some instrumental breaks, an a octave drop-

14. Minuit- Flash (remixed by Get A ROOM!) -Watch the YouTube Video- Michael Jackson of France, my other notes seem pretty incoherent, not a proper sentence structure (to my low standards), but include words Ecstasy, post-rock vocal tones, and fourteen year old.

15. Black Devil Disco Club- H Friend- Watch THis YouTube Video
--- like a rush to the cha cha -drop a long sequin drop to kaleidoscopic poppin bossa novva lava with exotic yodeling, and hushed reassuring vocal

16. French 79- Between The Buttons-Watch the YouTube Video
- Quiet soft, tender, beautiful but incapable of surviving the vamp which segues the buzz vibrato melody, with digressions, but true words like pastoral past come to mind-

17.  Roger Molls Ft.Place- What's Your Place -Watch This YouTube Video ------A Count   1-2-3-4, accordion and guitar met a waltz who ran into old hip-hop beat they used to know and built a modulation machine together called this song- which is a mutant-

18. Chleo T- Shine - -Jason Mraz comes to mind or more positive outlook would be a french modest mouse OR black eyed peas, chill cup of coffee?

19. Stal- Gone--- kinda a homage to American pop music- kinda leave it at that-

20. LYS- Stay-   Watch the YouTube Link- Heavy Jazz modulation into synthesize oxygen and angst

A story about the Pink Panther ) in #3 Haikus

 Dry shy and bloated,
the pink panther strikes again,
flitting cloudless air

Thoughts reeling loud tape,
caged  nervous tigers prostrate,
reflect eyes of cirque.

Indoor alas boor,

REVIEWING CD'S -- SODA SHOP

1. There is no control of what I review, in the radio station, or in life, the latter, life, takes opening up to sometimes, like reviewing the CD's we get in the radio station, we open our shelves to whatever anyone sends, meaning we're fickle, like life, so here is REVIEWING MUSIC with Soda Shop's self titled album- released 2015  by Velvet Blue Music-

The LP spanning eight tracks starts up and demands concentration, its pop tone with drive, vocals delivered with presence though I can never catch up to hear the actual lyrics (I could hear some of the later songs pretty clearly), allows the listener to format the voyage with guitar and bass attacks sounding like melodic, and subdued, and filling and warm respectively. By the time a reggae timing fourth song-Longing- comes on, I credit the band with formulating the album to keep things from getting redundant- there is even a voice track at the beginning of the fifth song (Melancholia) that nods this to me, to try and avoid redundancy ( wink) , there is a foreign instrument filling the melody break.

Fools Paradise starts off with a heavy bass shuffle, and drives some crystal clear lyricism, combining some elements that seems to touch on a poplular theme delivered by a different song " everything must change" though this theme is contextualized with a personal moody minor, contrasted to the major chorus of the latter mentioned song.  Song 7 Keep Swimming seems to respond in title and tempo to the previous song once again showing the thoughtfulness that if the listener has to deal with moody change, we, will get a pick up if we "keep on swimming" as pops the last line of the song.

And the end
Grow Up- the last song; never mind the review ends after this; this is how the album resolves it self- by taking some pressure of the top hat pedal, challenging  between setting the album on fire, becoming something different , and being left just the way we were.

Dream Stream

 The picture above d o e s n ' t  e v e n     c o v e r    T e l e g' s  m a d n e s s

Not even close,  a night at the couples home behind transposing stars charts into morse code for lyrics, planetary note compositions, and inventive instruments taking, restraints off contemporary man, allowing the human to do what wasn't possible before, oh yeah and it's music.

"I thought Art was supposed to be fun! I thought Art was supposed to be easy!"

Kinda mantra I used to laugh about before...

Well, Teleg blew this bloggers mind; when opening for a concert earlier this year, although Teleg has been EINSTEIN GENIUS FUNDAMENTALLY IMPORTANT FOR CREATIVITY, since I first heard about it sometime around it's early conception.

There is something about delaying the pleasure of creation until it's been damn made sure it was entirely thoughtful, but the trans formative of the creative process has melted this couple into arch-type music conduits, that leaves people utterly baffled is the up shoot, it's a narrative told  through toys and cheap instruments, it's the lyrics made up entirely of morse code, and now it's the newest album in the works that even makes it more difficult for us to catch the beatless meatless hooks of the stars, and the god of sound threatening to take silence the world unless T E L E G, can appease him with their new experimental album in the works.

Or will human kind get in the way?

The experimental noise/(nothing like it) group has certain hooks in them already to travel and perform later this month, what was a plan to jam with a improvisational group later this month, has instead attracted a great radio spot (details to come)  to be present, and these dynamic duo may have to postpone looking at stars to interrupt, to heavily practice in anticipation of a possible live recording, will Logogool (god of sound) punish us for T E L E G's distraction?? Will Silence reign a thousand years! Check THEM out if your into experimental sound, noise projects, or if your sick of comparably less creative music, pop music.
